  • How do I sign up to party? 

    Be sure to fill out a background check first. Once this is complete, you’ll receive an email confirming your ability to sign up for a party.

  • I have completed my background check, what’s next? 

    Check out the calendar and register for a party! Once you do, you’ll receive a confirmation email. One week prior to the party, you’ll receive an email with all the party details!

  • Where are the parties? 

    We host parties at our agency partners. Some of our agencies are confidential locations-but we’ll be sure to fill you in on the details before the party.

  • How do I sign up?

  • Can I bring my family? 

    We love teaching kids about the JOY of giving back, and love when families volunteer together. Some of our agency partners have age restrictions on volunteering, so check the details on the party calendar. For our other agencies, we feel a general rule is four years and older is best to experience a party. (Kids under 18 do not need to fill out a background check)

  • Can I sign up as a group? 

    Absolutely! We love when groups volunteer together. Email us and we’ll make it happen:

  • Can I provide themed decorations and party supplies? 

    YES! We welcome your creativity! We have monthly themes for each of our parties and love to collaborate with our birthday enthusiasts! Call our office and let’s talk about ways we can bring MAGIC to the parties.

  • What do I wear? 

    We encourage you to wear comfortable, kid-friendly clothes. Sometimes our parties are outdoors, so come prepared for the weather!

  • What can I bring to the party? 

    Before your scheduled party, you’ll receive an email outlining opportunities to provide a gift for one of our birthday kids. We also accept donations of party supplies at our parties.

  • What can I donate? 

    Party supplies, gifts. Please see our wish list on the donate tab.

  • Where and when can I drop off or mail a donation? 

    We accept donations at our Headquarters in Dallas, TX.

  • I have a special talent, can I use that to benefit TBPP? 

    Yes! We love to have volunteers paint faces, provide music and entertainment-you name it! Please email our Party Planner

  • Can my company volunteer our services at a party? 

    Absolutely! We've had caterers, DJ's, photographers, etc. Sky is the limit!

  • Do you give Community Service hours? 

    You bet! Email us and let’s get you scheduled:

  • Can I join a wait list? 

    Yes! We have a wait list for most parties. Please sign up, we’ll do everything we can do accommodate you!
